However, Watanabe Solutions has become the first in the industry to obtain "general certification" for 6 levels and 7 tiers. Moving forward, it will be possible to plan and construct without incurring extra costs and time.

This is a parking lot exclusively for residents, surrounded by a residential building and a commercial building. To avoid steps on the first floor of the parking lot, a pedestrian ramp was installed. For the lighting on the rooftop level, fixtures that are not visible from the outside were selected and installed at the back of the parking spaces.
